Don’t miss out on the Water Bottle Olympics!!
Friday, November 4th during PE classes come flip your water bottle at the football field and see if you are the best flipper in your class. The winners in each PE period will compete at the end of the day to be the CHMS Master Flipper!
$5 entry into the flipping competition
$3 for spectators to watch the flipping competition
$2 to enter into the trick flip competition
$2 to buy a bottle of water
$1 to decorate your bottle of water
Concessions will be available
FCA will be meeting Monday at 7:15 in the choir room. All 6th, 7th, and 8th graders are welcome to attend!
SGA elections will be Tuesday, November 8th. Offices are open to 8th graders only. Two reps from each grade will be elected. Election packets can be picked up in the main office or Dr. Scarbrough’s office and are due no later than Monday, October 31st. Campaigning will be November 1st – 8th. No more than 5 posters and absolutely no incentives allowed to be given out. Candidate speeches depend on how many students run so to be determined. Results will be announced the afternoon of November 8th, and the first meeting will be in Ms. Houston’s classroom on November 9th.

“ChMS Tennis: Tennis tryouts for the 2016-2017 school year will take place November 1st-3rd, 2016 from 3:15 pm-3:45pm at the Greystone YMCA. All players must submit proof of a current or updated AHSAA Physical Form and the All-in-One Form, which contains other AHSAA forms, to Coach McGrew by October 28th, 2016.”
