Reminder – Robotics practice has been cancelled
The Golf Team’s fundraiser tournament has been rescheduled for March 5.
Volleyball tryout dates have changed to May 6-8 and 11-12. These new dates are listed on the blog. Everyone who has signed up for volleyball tryouts has been invited to join our google classroom where all future announcements will be made.
If you are interested in applying to be on the yearbook staff next year, you should have joined the google classroom with the code “skiing6”. The details for the application project are in the classroom and projects are due next Friday, 2/28. We need 20 staff members and so far, we only have 2 projects turned in!
8th gr girls interested in trying out for the High School Cheerleading Team – there will be a parent meeting February 20 at 6:00 p.m. in the library at the high school. Tryout Clinic will be March 16-18, 3:30 – 6:30 and tryouts will be March 19 at 4:00 p.m.
All Beta Club invitees must turn in their forms and money by Friday (2/21) to join Beta Club and be inducted next month. If you need another invitation package, go to room 30 to get one from Mr. Stafford.
The Beta Club Induction Ceremony will be March 10th at 7:00 p.m.
Friday (2/21) will be Athletic wear day – $1.00 for athletic wear and $1.00 for a hat
All current 6th and 7th grade girls who are interested in trying out for Middle School Dance or Majorette teams need to stop by Ms. Donnenwirth’s room on the 7th grade hall to sign up and get the google classroom code.
Attention 8th grade girls: High School Dance Line and Majorette Line Clinic/Tryouts will take place March 9-13 in the Chelsea High School Gym. A parent information meeting will be held at Chelsea High School on Wednesday, February 26 at 5:30 p.m. For more information, please follow the link below:

FBLA will be selling popcorn, chocolate fortune cookies and lollipops on Thursday Feb 20 in the gym lobby at 3:00. Items are $1.00 – $2.00

During the month of February the Peer Helpers are coordinating a supply fundraiser for the Shelby Humane Society. Look for posters regarding supplies needed. Items may be dropped off with Mrs. Brown in the 6th gr hall, Mrs. Howard in the 8th gr hall and Mrs. Van Der Geest in the 7th gr hall.
