Attention all 6th grade parents, a vaccine clinic is being held that will offer the following vaccines: Tdap vaccine which is required for 6th grade enrollment, and the recommended HPV vaccine and those that prevent meningitis. HNH, who does our flu shot clinic for students, will be the group offering this clinic. If you would like for your student to participate, please have them go by the school nurse’s office for a consent form. Consent forms are due back on February 26th and no later! The clinic will be held the first week in March if we have enough participation. If you are not sure whether your student has had the vaccines please consult with your child’s doctor.
