SNOW DAY? HOW ABOUT A SNOW WEEK…

Here’s hoping all of our OMIS families are now all together, warm, and getting some much needed rest.  What a week?  Kudos to our entire community coming together, especially our teachers and staff here at OMIS.  We do consider your kids a part of our school family and we never take for granted the trust you place in us to take care of them as if they were our own.  I (Coach Goodwin) am proud of our school for doing whatever was necessary to make almost 145 kids comfortable and secure until they could be reunited with their families.  I was actually out on Tuesday taking my mom to the doctor and became stranded like so many others in the Colonnade area.  We were fortunate enough to grab a hotel room early when I saw cars spinning in the parking lot.  Here’s wishing all of you a restful weekend and looking forward to seeing all of our students back next week!  Here are just a few pics of the area that became our temporary home…
