Basketball Practice for MMS students will begin tomorrow, Wednesday - Oct. 21, 2015 from 3:30 - 5:30 at MHS.  All players will ride my bus from MMS to MHS to have study hall in my room until practice starts.  Parents can pick up the players from outside the gym lobby at 5:30 at MHS.  Spirit Pack money's should be paid on ASAP to alleviate a large payment at the end of the school year.

The players displayed better mastery of the fundamentals last night vs Jemison. But, we did not earn the victory. Continued improvement on fundamentals and execution are the goals for this team. We will improve!! Keep working MMS Bulldogs!!!

Come on out and support the MMS Basketball Teams as they battle the Jemison Panthers at Susie Dement Gymnasium tonight. Girls start @ 6pm and Boys start soon after.

Congratulations to the MMS Bulldogs Boy's Team on their 1st victory over Isabella. Hard work yields rewards. Continue to work on the fundamentals and making good choices..

Tonight, we grew up as men and basketball players. We grew in the game of basketball by making better decisions during the game despite the adversity we faced. We have also learned how to practice and become better people. Let's continue to grow and players and men. Go MMS Boy's Basketball!!!

Tough game. The team is improving, but endured another rough loss. We are continuing to improve and make advancements on becoming a better team. Hang in there Bulldogs.

The team has been chosen and will be posted after 12 noon at MMS today. Congratulations to those who made the team. And to those who didn't, keep working and thanks for trying out to become a Montevallo Bulldog.

MMS Basketball Tryouts continue today, Tuesday, April 22 @ MHS from 3:15 - 5:30 for the 6th and 7th grade players as they try to make the 2014-15 MMS Basketball Team. Good Luck to all. You must be present each day to make the team.

MMS Basketball Tryouts will be on Monday, April 21 and Tuesday, April 22 at Montevallo HIGH School from 3:15 - 5:00 daily. You must have a current physical and permission/consent form to try out. You must be present to tryout both days.

Congratulations on the total team effort in the victory over the Isabella Mustangs on Tuesday night. Come on out to finish the MMS Basketball season as the DAWGS take a bite out of the Eagles at Calera Middle School on Thursday. Boys start at 5pm and Girls soon after. TAke a Bite outta dem Eagles DAWGS!!!
