Shelby County School of Technology students recently competed at the Alabama SkillsUSA Leadership Conference, Career Expo, and State Championships held at the Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center April 24-25. Nearly 2,000 students from across the state competed in over 60 various categories. Students who won first place in their category will now advance to the national SkillsUSA Leadership Conference in Kansas City, Missouri June 24-28.
