The Shelby County Band Directors’ Association recently awarded two scholarships at the All-County Honor Band Festival held at Calera High School on February 22, 2013.  The scholarships were awarded to Savannah Dodson from Riverchase Middle School and Ryan English from Oak Mountain High School.
