Students were given a study guide today to help them prepare for this gold test coming up next Monday. I urged them to work through the study guide tonight and have it completed for class tomorrow so if they had any questions, we could address them together in class!
Students have been working so hard over the course of the week! Although we’ve had a few students missing each day, I am confident that everyone is at that peak of readiness and will do well on the test Monday! We learned today how to calculate unit rate between two things and determine which one is the better deal. Students seemed to enjoy setting the problems up & determining which option was a better deal, who got better gas mileage, who could paint faster or even plant flowers faster! Get your student to show you their classwork! Interesting stuff…….
