Welcome to the beginning of the 2nd Nine Week grading period!! I am very proud of the progress Green Team math students have made over the last nine weeks!! Let’s continue to work hard and be responsible for our nightly homework as we dive into our study of decimals & fractions in the coming weeks!!!!

We will pick up with Chapter 3, Lesson 2 which focuses on estimating numbers with decimals. We will also study adding & subtracting decimals as the week progresses with a fun math game scheduled for Friday, “Place Value Line-Up”. Here’s what homework looks like for our class this week:

Students remember this week is Spirit Week so you can dress up according to the theme for each day! Look for signs posted throughout the school to know what to dress up like each day. While we love celebrating Spirit Week, remember you must stay in dress code as you choose your outfit each morning!!!!
