Oak Mountain Elementary School Implements the Bluebird Ambassadors Program

OMES Bluebird Ambassadors group shotOak Mountain Elementary implemented a new school ambassadors program this year. According to school counselor, Hayden Belisle, the school has 23 students serving as “Bluebird Ambassadors”.

These third grade students were nominated by their second grade teachers last spring based on their character and willingness to always include and help others.  The Bluebird Ambassadors serve as student leaders, helpers, hosts/hostesses for school events and student representatives to provide feedback to the school’s Continuous School Improvement (CSI) team.

“They even serve as taste testers for our CNP staff,” said Belisle. “They are an incredible group of kids who are doing really great things at OMES!”
