Students watched a podcast on "How to write Covalent Formulas" and How to Name Covalent Compounds. Afterwards, students completed two worksheets. "Writing Covalent Formulas" (50 pts) was completed for homework while "Naming Covalent Compounds" (50 pts) was completed in class. Students were also made aware of the Polyatomic ion Test set for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. They were also advised of the coming Chemical Bonding Voc. Test on Wednesday and Chapter Test on Thursday.
