The Chelsea High School National Honor Society recently raised $1,500 for the Jimmie Hale Mission.  The chapter officers organized a competition between all 4th period classes to see which class could collect the most money.  Each class was challenged to collect money, as every $1.95 given to the Jimmie Hale Mission is a meal for someone in need.   Every student and faculty member was encouraged to participate in order to touch as many lives as possible. The check was presented to Terry Preston, Jimmy Hale Mission Community Relations Coordinator, on April 24, 2014 by Felicia Peoples, National Honor Society President and Mary Beth Rodgers, National Honor Society Advisor.
