Michael Jones has been named Student Services Supervisor by the Shelby County Board of Education. Mr. Jones has 13 years of experience in education and is currently the principal at New Direction.

Jones earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Southern Mississippi, a Master’s degree in Collaborative Education from the University of Alabama, and a Master’s degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of Montevallo.
