Bethany Ivey will serve as the new Development & Community Relations Director for Shelby County Schools after being approved by the Shelby County Board of Education.

Mrs. Ivey has over nine years of experience in the area of business development and currently works with Chick-fil-A as the Marketing and Catering Director where she is responsible for sales and brand growth. Mrs. Ivey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from the University of Alabama.
