We had a great first full week. Our focus in literature is determining the difference between fiction and non-fiction and types of each. In fiction we are studying craft and structure in plot. In writing we will begin paragraph development and in grammar we are working on recognition of good use of pronouns and antecedents.
Homework and important words and terms are listed on the board in the classroom and students are given time in class to fill out their agendas. They may also photograph the boards.
