OMMS September 14 Daily Announcements
Due to considerable traffic on 119, please make plans to arrive no earlier than 7:15 am. Students may not be dropped off until 7:15 am.

Our Choral Department is collecting gently worn shoes as a fundraiser and would love your help. Clean out your closets, ask friends and family. You can drop them off at Heardmont Park on Sunday, September 27th from 3-5 near the stadium with a few of our choir moms. Or you can email ommschoirfundraising@gmail.com to arrange a pickup. (Please do not bring any shoes to the school)
Students interested in Winter guard should see Ms. Waites in classroom C-9 for information.

Any student interested in running for an SGA officer or representative position, may pick up an application in one of the following classrooms starting tomorrow: Mrs. Higginbotham (A17), Mr. Wood (A5), Mrs. Acton (C20) Note: to run for President or Vice President, you must have been on SGA last year; to run for President you must be an 8th grader. 6th graders may only run for SGA representative positions. Completed applications are due by 3:00pm on Friday, September 25.

Thursday’s game against Simmons has been moved to Wednesday and will now be played at Hoover High instead of the Hoover Met. This change has been made due to an inclement weather forecast due to Hurricane Sally.
T-shirts from the Athletic Booster sale in August have arrived and may be picked up by parents in the OMMS front office beginning tomorrow. The OM neck buff masks have not yet arrived.
