Students continued with the uses of Lab Equipment from the PPT. We will have a Lab EQ CWP for homework. They will have a Lab Tools Quiz on Thursday. Study.
Lab Equipment
Students finished drawing the Lab Tools from the Lab and entered the classroom. In the classroom, students began to write the uses of the lab tools on to their drawings. We will finish the uses on tomorrow.
Lab Equipment
Students reviewed the answers to the Lab Equipment Crossword Puzzle (40 pt) and the Lab Equipment WS (66 pt). Then, we took the Lab Equipment Quiz (50 pt). They began the Introduction to Chemistry Vocabulary (70 pt) after the Quiz and finished it for homework.
Lab Tools
Students were able to review the lab tool items and their uses. They will have a Lab Tools Quiz on Monday.
Lab Equipment
Students got the names of the Lab Tools that they will be responsible for from the board and went to the lab to begin drawing pictures of the lab tools. We will finish the drawings on Monday.

Students finished using the Chromebooks to complete the Lab Equipment PPT/WS (80 pts). We then went over the correct uses for the lab tools in preparation for the Lab Equipment test on Friday.
Lab Safety / Lab Equipment
Students took the Lab Safety Quiz (50 pt) and began to draw and label the Lab Equipment tools from the lab. They need to dress correctly to complete the lab tool drawings tomorrow.
Lab Tools
Students continued looking up Chemistry Lab Tools and their uses using their Chromebooks. They turned in the uses WS (80 pt) at the conclusion of class. They will finish the PPT / WS tomorrow in class.
Lab Safety/ Equipment
Students finished the "Lab Safety" WS (50 pt) by completing the "Always & Never" posters. Then, they drew a blueprint locating the safety items in lab. They turned in the WS and began the outline for the Lab Equipment items tomorrow. They will have the Lab Safety Quiz (50 pt) tomorrow before the Lab Equipment Lab.
Lab Safety
Students completed the Lab Safety Notes from the PPT and began the Lab Safety WS. They were to complete the drawings of the Lab Safety Symbols and the posters. We will complete the Lab Safety WS (50 pt) in lab tomorrow as we take the Lab Tour. Students need to dress appropriately or they will not complete the Lab.
