Freshman 101 information session and school tour will be Monday, April 29th at 6pm in the PAC at OMHS for upcoming 9th graders.

8th Grade students brought home a “Course Verification Sheet” from the high school counselors.

·        The course verification sheet indicates the courses you selected for 9th grade with the high school counselors back in Jan./Feb.

·        Check the courses listed carefully.  If any corrections or changes need to be made to the courses you selected for 9th grade, write the correction or change on the bottom half of the sheet. Keep in mind that you, your parents, and teacher (if applicable) must sign the corrected form.

·        This is NOT a schedule and it does not guarantee you will receive these courses in 9th grade.

This confirms to high school counselors that they have input your course request correctly and that you are confirming what you want to take at OMHS in 9th grade.

·         Return the corrected/changed form to the 8th grade counselor, Mrs. Butz by Friday, April 19, 2019.  ONLY IF you have change(s) to be sent to the high school counselors do you need to turn this form back in to the counseling/main office.
