Phase 1 Community Service group applications may be picked up from the front office or Mrs. Nobles’ room (A-19). Phase 1 is a community service group that meets once per month to do community service projects to benefit people in need. The group is open to prior members and 6th graders. Completed applications must be returned to A-19 by September 10th.

Are you interested in video game design, creating your own animations, and programming robots? If you answered yes, make sure to stop by Mrs. Carter’s room, D2, to pick up a flyer for this year’s coding club. The club is open to students in grades 6-8. Applications are due September 15th. The yearbook staff needs your help! While the staff works very hard to take photos of all the OMMS events and happenings, we would love for you to send us any photos you think would be a great addition to this year’s yearbook! All you have to do is download the free app called Balfour ImageShare (the icon is blue with a white IS). Once you create an account, use the school code 226551 to upload photos. All photos are sent directly to the yearbook staff! Perhaps YOUR photo could be featured in this year’s book! Please see the attached flyer for more detailed instructions. Season passes are still available for a limited time. If you purchased a season pass, your name will be on a list at the gate. The ticket does not need to be transferred to your student. *The family pass includes 4 people, living under the same roof.* Please see the attached PDF for more information about season passes. 7th and 8th graders: 2021-2022 boys basketball tryouts will be held on September 11 from 9 – 11 am at Oak Mountain Middle School. Students interested in tryouts should see Coach Wells or Coach Civils. All Paperwork has to be uploaded to Dragonfly by Friday September 10th. NO EXCEPTIONS. 7th and 8th grade girls’ basketball try-outs will be October 4th & 5th. In order to try-out all forms must be filled out or updated on Dragonfly. Dragonfly must be completed by September 27th.
