Our Feed the Need fundraiser is coming to an end this week and if your family has raised at least $100, then your child can participate in the packing party on Thursday! We’ll be packing meals for local and global food banks. AND you can volunteer with your kid! We also need help setting up Wednesday and cleaning up Thursday. We’ll need some muscles on Wednesday so please, Dads, consider volunteering! Thank you all for your continued support of OMMS!

Join us on Friday, April 28th for our final gala of the year, Summer Fest. Entry tickets can be purchased on myschoolbucks for $8 until Thursday, April 27th at 10am. Fun tickets are 5 for $5 and can be used for food, games, cake walk,snow cones and concessions.
Individually wrapped snack cake donations are also needed for the cake walk. Donations can be dropped off in the OMMS office the week of the gala between 4/24-28. Â

Recent utility bills for proof of residence for 2023-2024 must have service dates that reflect April-July.

Any 6th or 7th grader interested in running for a 2023-2024 OMMS SGA OFFICER position is invited to an info meeting next Wednesday, April 26th at 7:20am in C-20.“Elevation” show choir auditions will be held April 20. Girls Basketball Tryouts for rising 7th and 8th grade will be held the following dates and times: Monday, April 24th 3-5:30pm (7th & 8th grades); Tuesday, April 25th 3-5pm (8th grade); 5-7pm (7th grade); Wednesday, April 26th 3-5:30pm (7th & 8th grades); Thursday, April 27th 3-5pm (7th grade); 5-7pm (8th grade) OMMS Girls Basketball
OMMS Football Sign Ups – Spring Training for current 6th & 7th graders will be held in early May. There will be a Parent Meeting on Monday, May 1st @ 5:30 PM in the OMMS cafeteria. Players interested in playing football at OMMS should sign up using the link on the OMMS Football website. Come be a part of the Oak Mountain Football Gridiron Club. We will be working on improving facilities and helping players gain exposure through camps and 7 v. 7’s. The Gridiron club is open to all residents/students of Oak Mountain. We encourage all families to join and help improve Oak Mountain football throughout the community. Membership fees can be paid through My School Bucks or check payable to Oak Mountain Gridiron Club.
