Today students had a quiz on chapters 29-34. Some of these quizzes are already in STI.  After the quiz, students did grammar work in their Writer’s Choice books.  Modifiers—page 659-662  Ex. 1-3. Answers only.

Goes in folder as #8.

Read chapter 35 in Great Expectations for homework. Tomorrow we will review for the test that will be on Wednesday.  Folders due Wednesday as well.  Don’t forget to keep an eye on your calendar. 

Extra Credit OpportunityMrs–this is the extra credit sheet I was talking about. Print it out if you can. I will have some for you tomorrow, if you can’t print it out.

Monday HW

Read chapters 24-25

  • Chapter 24 – Wemmick invites Pip over for dinner and mentions Jagger’s housekeeper as being a tamed beast.
  • Chapter 25 – Pip ventures to Wemmick’s house, where he meets Wemmick’s aged father. Wemmick shows himself to be completely different at home than he is at work.
