- Journal #67: Read the following proverb and explain what you think it means and how you can possibly connect it with your life:
“Don’t throw out the baby with the bath water.”
- Pass out Sound Effect Poems, One Sentence Poems, and Month Metaphors Poems. Work on these when you are in the story circle and don’t have a story to read. You will have tomorrow to work on these poems for the whole period.
- Pass around short stories and fill out notes on the stories as you read. Remember you are looking for examples of foreshadowing evident in the stories you and your peers wrote.
