Auburn University E-Day-Friday—-February 23, 2018 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

E-Day is an opportunity for seventh through twelfth graders to explore a wide range of engineering disciplines offered at Auburn University.Ā  Students can view exhibits, talk with faculty and departmental representatives, and meet with other students who know first-hand what it is like to study engineering.

UAB-Alabama Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (ALSAMP)

The ALSAMP Summer Bridge Program is a 10-week academic opportunity funded by the National Science Foundation for underrepresented minority students accepted to UAB that plan to major in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) the fall of 2018 at UAB.

June 1-August 10, 2018

Submit a completed ALSAMP Summer Bridge Application on or before Friday, April 20, 2018.

Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day (Girl Day) is a worldwide campaign promoted by Discover E to introduce girls to the fascintaing world of engineering.Ā  The goals of this event are to introduce girls to powerful role models, enhance their understanding of engineering, and encourage engineering or technical careers.
