• Yearbooks are on sale for $30 so please purchase at this great price!!!
• The band will be having auxiliary tryouts on February 23^rd. There will be free training sessions on Tuesdays at the high school from 3:15 – 4:15. If you would like to be a member of the colorguard, the dance line, or a majorette please see Mr. Hodges in the band room for more information.
• Attention all students: You’ve probably seen High School Musical fliers around school. This is open to ALL students. There are roles with solos… roles with speaking parts… roles with both… and roles with neither. So, something for everyone! Come be a part of MMS history!!! For more information, see Mrs. Johnson. The deadline is tomorrow, January 18th.
• Track Tryouts will be held on Monday and Tuesday, January 23 and 24 from 3:00-4:30.

• Welcome back, we hope everyone enjoyed their break, now it’s time to get back to work!
• Pajama day is this Friday January 6th, please bring a 2 dollar donation to participate; proceeds will go to our FBLA Club

We will now recognize our Faculty Member of the month for December!!!  And the winner is…….Mrs. Angie Stewart!

• Information about Mrs. Stewart: Angie Stewart has been teaching at Montevallo Middle School for 25 years. She shows her commitment to Montevallo not only through her years of dedication to the school and the community, but also to her service to the school by sponsoring the National Beta Club. She finds delight in recognizing those well- deserved students in the annual pinning ceremony. Angie is, also, our Montevallo Middle football announcer. She was the first and only football announcer for our football team and has been for over 8 years.
