Announcements:
*Teachers there is a faculty meeting after school today to discuss Spring Fling.
*All textbooks and library books must be turned in if you want to attend Spring Fling and the other fun activities planned for the end of school. You also need to pay for any damaged or lost books.
*8th grade girls Volleyball try outs will be on Wednesday and Thursday after school at the high school from 3-5.
*Soccer workouts are Tuesday and Thursday this week until 4:30pm. You must have a current physical on file and a consent form to participate.
*Elective sheets are due today to your 4th period teachers immediately if you want your choice for electives next year.
*Peer Helper applications must be turned into Ms. Green today
*There are guest in the building today for the Chess Initiative so please be on your best behavior.
*The Honor Roll field trip is scheduled for this Wednesday. The LOT banquet will be held this Thursday night. The 8th grade cookout will be this Friday.
*There are free Yoga classes this summer at the University of Montevallo from June 6-10. If you are interested pick up a flyer in the front office.
*Congratulations to the student of the week: Shakerial Goins. She was nominated by Mrs. Guraya. Mrs. Guraya states that Shakerial has improved tremendously in her class this year.
