*Character Education Theme for the Week: African American Spotlight: Ernest Green born in 1941 was one of the Little Rock Nine, a group of African-Americanstudents who, in 1957, were the first black students ever to attend classes at Little Rock Central High School in Little Rock, Arkansas. Green was the first African-American to graduate from the school in 1958. In 1999, he and the other members of the Little Rock Nine were awarded the Congressional Gold Medal by President Bill Clinton.

*7th Grade Math Team will practice tomorrow after school.

* The Soccer match at John Carroll today has been cancelled.

*The deadline for coupon books sales is today. Please turn in your forms to your 4th period teacher or see Mrs. Snyder.

*Yearbooks are on sale today for $30.00.

*The 2018-2019 MMS Cheerleading Try-outs Clinic will be on March 12-15 @ MHS from 3:00-5:00. Try-outs will be on Friday, March 16 @ MHS 3:00.  Please see Mrs. Bishop for the registration packet.

*The winners of the Who’s Who’s contest will have their picture taken 7th period today.
