*Announcements:

*Tomorrow will be COTS.

*There will be MMS volleyball practice next Monday and Thursday from 3-5. This is for everybody that made the team and a few girls that did not get a chance to try-out earlier.

*Cheerleading practice is cancelled for today. For the next two weeks, we are moving Stunt Clinic practice to Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00-5:00 (at MES gym)

*The Montevallo Band Concert is Monday night, April 30^th at 6pm at the MHS Performing Arts Center. All Middle School and High School bands will perform. Come out and enjoy an evening of musical entertainment from your favorite Montevallo musicians.

*High school Boy’s basketball tryouts will be April 30^th-May 2^nd at the MHS gym from 3:15-5:00pm. You must have signed up to tryout, have a current physical on file, and filled out a permission form and returned it to Coach D by Monday, April 30^th. If you do not have these items turned in, you will not be able to try out.

*If you are an athlete and you failed a class last nine weeks or currently failing, you must attend after school tutoring with Mrs. Dinkins on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you do not, you may not be able to participate in sports next year.

*Mrs. Sapp’s 8^th grade ELA class will be on a field trip today.

*This is the final week to purchase a yearbook for the price of $30.00. Beginning Tuesday, May 1st, yearbooks will be $35.00. Please bring either cash or a check made out to MMS to Mrs. Harding as soon as possible. There is only a limited number of yearbooks available. Allison Tryon
