*Announcements:
*This week is Red Ribbon Week. Sign the pledge to stay drug free in the hallway.
*There will be a faculty student volleyball game tomorrow for $2.00 as a fundraiser for PTO. We will be on an activity schedule today.
*This Friday will be COTS and we will be on an activity schedule.
*This Friday the 8th graders will be on a field trip to UM.
*Tryouts for 6th grade Scholar’s Bowl will be today after school. Ask Mrs. Nelson for more information.
*All athletes and students who are a part of an extra-curricular activity, if you earned a failing grade for the first nine weeks, you must attend after school tutoring with Ms. Dinkins on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:15-4:15. Get forms from Mrs. Dinkins or the office.
*The BETA club will be sponsoring a canned food and toiletry drive for Oak Mountain Missions who is low on supplies for the Holidays. Please bring in any canned or boxed food items, unopened toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, toilet paper etc and bring them to Mrs. Day’s classroom. Please place them in the grade level boxes and the grade level with the most donations will have open seating at lunch. The deadline for donations is November 9th.
*7th Grade Scholars Bowl Practice will be every Wednesday after school until 4:45pm. We will meet in Lab 28. See Mrs. Lusco if you have any questions.
*Keep selling your Nothing Bundt Cakes and turn in any Boxtops for Education you may have.
*Next Wednesday you may wear your Halloween costume for $2.00. The costume must be in dress code and no full face masks.
