*Announcements:
* Today we will be on activity schedule for LEAD.
*The sports physical field trip will be today. Please listen for the announcements on when to load the busses.
*Tuesday will be Fun Time in the gym 4th period for students who do not have any absences for the first semester. You can check with your 4th period teacher to see if you qualify. You will meet at the gym at the beginning of 4th.
*Tuesday will be the Student Institute in the morning. Selected students will meet in the ART room after attendance and announcements.
* VARSITY soccer girls will start practice on Tuesday, January 21st. -All JV GIRLS soccer will start practice on Wednesday, January 22nd.
*Yearbooks are now on sale for $25.00 during the month of January. Please bring cash or checks made out to MMS to Mrs. Harding. In February, the price will increase to $30.00.
*The Montevallo Day of Pageants will be held Saturday, Feb. 2. If you are interested in becoming the next Junior Miss Montevallo please come by the office and get an entry form. All entry forms and payments must be turned in by Friday, Jan. 25th. All girls in grades 6-8 may participate.
*There will be no school on Monday, January 21st in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
*The 8th grade parent night at Montevallo High School will be on Wednesday, January 30th, at 6pm.
* Montevallo Night at the University of Montevallo Mens and Womens Basketball Games will be held on January 24th at 5:30pm. Admission is free to students and their parents.
