*Announcements:
*There will be no school this Friday due to a teacher workday. Thursday is the last day of the 9 weeks.
*Money and permission slips for the Space and Rocket Center Field Trip for 6th graders is due March 22nd to Mrs. Nelson.
*There will be a Mandatory Parent cheer meeting for the girls who make the 2019-20 school year squad on March 12th at 5:30 in the Media Center.
*The first track meet will be today in Pelham.
*There will be a home boys soccer game on today at 6pm. Players will need to go home after school today and get a ride to the stadium at 5 for your home game at 6:00. Girls JV will play at 4:30pm. Players will need to ride the bus to Montevallo Elementary and walk to the stadium.
*The MMS and MHS Bands will be performing an early spring/pre-MPA concert this Thursday, March 7 at 6:30pm in the MHS PAC. Join the Montevallo bands for a wonderful night of music-making! We hope to see you there!”
*Congratulations to the following 8th grade girls who made the Auxillary Band for next year: Jayden Russell, Lucia Bertolone, Catherine Delawder, and Hannah Pennington.
*Any 8th grade girl interested in the Girl’s Can Construction Camp, please come and get a registration form from the front office. The application deadline is April 19th.
