*There will be a Mandatory Parent cheer meeting for the girls who make the 2019-20 school year squad on Tuesday, March 12th at 5:30 in the Media Center.

*The MMS and MHS Bands will be performing an early spring/pre-MPA concert tonight at 6:30pm in the MHS PAC. Join the Montevallo bands for a wonderful night of music-making! We hope to see you there!”

*Any 8th grade girl interested in the Girl’s Can Construction Camp, please come and get a registration form from the front office. The application deadline is April 19th. There will be a short Girl’s Can Meeting in the library at the beginning of 4th period today for 8th grade girls.  Please go to class first.

*Congratulations to our book Olympiad team! In the county competition yesterday, they placed 3rd in the group worksheet round and they tied for 3rd in the book video trailer competition. Aubury Stricklin came in 2nd in the Kahoot round and participated in the finals match in front of all middle and high school competitors at the end of the day.

*For the home soccer game today, The middle school boys will play first at 4:30 and the girls will play after at 6:00

*Girls JV soccer won tonight against Pelham 3-0. Middle school goal scored by Ana Karen Sanchez! Awesome team effort.

*There will be a home boys soccer game on today at 6pm. Players will need to go home after school today and get a ride to the stadium at 5 for your home game at 6:00. Girls JV will play at 4:30pm. Players will need to ride the bus to Montevallo Elementary and walk to the stadium.

*There will be ACCESS testing every period today except 4th and 7th. Please be quiet by Lab 28 and there will be no bells between classes.
