The Montevallo Day of Pageants will be Saturday at 6:30 p.m. Come and out and support your fellow students and see who will be the next Mr. and Miss Montevallo. Admission is $5.00.
Prom Tickets will be sold this month for $30 during lunch. Beginning March 1 price will increase to $40.00 each.
Anyone interested in trying out for dance line, majorette, or color guard must see Ms. Britnell for an informational packet before February 18th.
Juniors: The University of Montevallo will host a college fair for all 11th grade students on Feb. 14. Please pick up a permission form from your History teacher and return it by Feb. 11.
Attention 9th and 10th grade girls: Are you interested in architecture, carpentry, welding, or other construction related fields? If so, you may be interested in the “Girls Can Camp” that will be held at the Shelby County College and Career Center this summer. Spaces are limited. Pick up an application from Ms. Allen.
Seniors: Do you need help completing your FAFSA? If so, Blueprints will be here on Monday, Feb. 10 from 3:30-5:30 to help you get started. Interested students should sign up in advance with Ms. Allen. Please be sure to bring the documentation you’ll need.                                                                                                                                Mass Comm and Spotlight students are now selling the new Coupons for Classrooms coupon book! This is a fantastic book featuring over $3,500 in valuable coupon offers with over 160 popular participating merchants! The book includes nearly 200 buy one get one free coupons, and over 500 other great coupon offers. The cost of the book is only $20.
Students are reminded not to park on the campus of UM. You are allowed to park on the side streets (do not block driveways or handicap spaces) or in the designated space behind the cafeteria.
Students are reminded that no one is to enter the Alice Boyd Building through the front doors or walk through the construction zone.
Attention AP students: Please see Ms. Allen if you did not pick up your AP exam fee notice in the cafeteria on Tuesday.
It is very important that you have this info. AP fees are due March 1
Seniors: Jeff State Community College has scholarships available. See Ms. Allen if you are interested in learning more.
Fishing team members please remember to submit your permission forms and insurance consent forms for Bassmaster’s Classic.

Sr. Yearbook ads deadline for turning in your information and pictures is this
Wednesday, February 5th. We will NOT be able to take any after that date due to
our yearbook page deadlines. If you need an ad sheet, they are outside Ms. Ham’s
classroom.
Prom Tickets will be sold during lunch. Cost is $30 only for this month. After
this month price will increase to $40.00 each.
The Montevallo Day of Pageants will be held Saturday, Feb. 8. All entry forms
and payments must be turned in by 10 am TODAY. After announcements all girls
entering the pageant need to report to Mrs. Turner’s room.
