Seniors: The Beta Mu Nu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is awarding (4) $250 textbook scholarships to deserving high school students in the Shelby County community who have demonstrated academic achievement and who have been ambassadors for serving the less fortunate in their community. See Ms. Allen for an application. The deadline is April 30.
Josten’s will be on campus Thursday @ 7:30am to deliver announcements orders. All balances muse be paid in full.
Cap & Gown pictures will be made tomorrow . Males must wear a collared shirt & black/dark blue tie. & neatly shaven. Females please avoid wearing high necked or collared shirts. Your shirt will show, so keep this in mind when selecting your wardrobe.
Students: Please remember that all fees must be paid by Friday, April 11. This is especially important for seniors, and includes any AP, course, or library fees you may owe.
Students in grades 9 & 11 have been chosen to participate in a voluntary PRIDE questionnaire on April 16.Information letters are being sent home with your student explaining the survey. You may opt to send a refusal for your child’s participation. This refusal must be in writing to the main office before April 15th.

MHS Day of Service will be Saturday morning, April 5, 2014. This a great opportunity to help your school AND complete your service hours required by Shelby County Schools! Come join us for fun, food, and lots of opportunity to improve our school!
Seniors: Lhoist North American has a scholarship available for a graduating senior with a minimum 2.33 GPA who demonstrates financial need and who has shown a commitment to the local community. See Ms. Allen for an application.
Juniors and Seniors: A representative from Talladega College will be on campus today during the lunch waves as well as in the library during 7th period.
Teachers: Please be reminded that ACCESS testing will be today & tomorrow. Please refer to your lists sent by Ms. Britnell and send those students to the test room.
Any NAHS student who have not spoken with Mrs. Whitson should do so this morning.

Thanks to everyone’s support of the Academic Decathlon, we raised $1037.35 for Muscular Dystrophy and Cystic Fibrosis
