Seniors: Are you a student with a minimum C+ average who has beaten the odds and made a significant contribution to your family or community? Would you like $60,000 to help toward your education at an Alabama college? If so, you are encouraged to apply for a Smith Foundation Scholarship. Students: The PSAT will be administered on Oct. 15. The test fee is $15, and interested students should sign up with Ms. Allen by Oct. 9. Space is limited!
Senior Girls: Applications for the Linly Heflin Scholarship are available. Students must have a minimum 23 ACT and demonstrate financial need. The award is $3000 per year and applications can be found on Ms. Allen’s “Scholarship Wall”.
Juniors need to turn in their “We are Montevallo” Field trip permission slips and money to Ms. Turner or Ms. Jones by Friday, Oct. 10.
