Please help MHS News students go to NYC by eating a Full Moon this weekend. The broadcast group will be waiting tables Friday and Saturday from 5-9 and Sunday 11-3.

Students, Please check your school email for final voting in your selection of the MHS representative for the Greater Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Teacher of the Year. Make sure you vote by this afternoon.

If you do not have a purchased parking permit from the office, you are not allowed to park on campus. All parking spaces have been sold. If someone is parked in your purchased spot, please let the office know.

Attention Students: applications for the Rotary Club’s RYLA Leadership conference are due today to Ms. Allen.

We are on morning activity schedule today for LEAD. After 1st period report to your LEAD teacher.

FBLA will be taking donations through next Tues. for Gulf Coast Aid. The following items are needed and may be dropped off in
the main office or given to any FBLA member:
D and AA batteries
Vienna Sausage
Tuna
Canned Chicken
Ravioli / Spaghetti O’s
Bleach
Mops
Cleaning supplies
Size 4 & 5 diapers and pull-ups
Please make sure any food items listed are easy open /pop top cans or packages. They have plenty of bottled water at this time.

Attention Seniors: A representative from UAB will be on campus Tues., Nov. 6 during Senior GPS. Sign up now.

Attention Juniors & Seniors: A Navy representative will be here on Mon., Nov. 5 during Senior GPS to meet with interested students. He will be sharing very specific information about their Nuclear Program. Attending juniors should eat lunch during the sen-
ior wave. Sign up in the Guidance Office.

Attention Students: A representative from the Montevallo Rotary Club will hold an interest meeting for 10th and 11th grade students on Tues., Nov. 6 at 8:15. He will be sharing info about their RYLA summer leadership program.

Attention Students: There is still time to sign up for the ASVAB. Interested students should do so by Nov. 7

Teachers and Students: The WorkKeys make-up will be administered on Wed., Nov. 7 in the lab. Teachers will get a list of testers
prior to the test date.
