Happening This Week!
Due to COVID Issues basketball teams have canceled the following games:
Tuesday, Dec. 15 vs West Blocton
Thursday, Dec. 17 vs Park Crossing
We WILL play:
Wednesday, Dec. 16 @ Leeds (JVB-4:30, VG-6:00, VB-7:30) Thurs– School out @ 1:00 pm
Friday, Dec. 18 @ Thompson (JVB-4:30, VG-6:00-VB-7:30)

There will be no MHS Girls Basketball Practice today. The next practice will be on Tuesday from 5-7pm.

Students are reminded that no hats, hoodies or any head coverings are allowed in the buildings. You must properly wear a mask!! Blankets are not to be brought to school…if you are in need of a coat or jacket, please see Ms. Allen or Mrs. Williams.

**For your protection as well as staff, ALL school related business will take place in the foyer. There is a speaker located on the table for your convenience of stating your business. Masks are required for entering the building.

10th graders: CTEC applications are due before Christmas to secure your spot! See Mrs. Williams if you have any questions.

The 2019-2020 yearbook is finally in. Buy yours today before they are all gone. Yearbooks are $50. If you would like to purchase a yearbook or if you have already paid for the 2019-2020 yearbook, remote students and former students may pick up their copy in the foyer Tuesday or Wednesday, during the following time frame:

12:30-1:00

Seniors: Dr. Hamer will be on campus tomorrow to help you complete your FAFSA. Please go by the library if you need help or see Mrs. Williams if you have questions.

10th graders: Do you want to attend CTEC next year? The deadline to apply for CTEC is January 29th. Turn in your application before Christmas to secure your spot! See Mrs. Williams if you have any questions.

High school tudents who are passing all classes for the first semester and are on track to graduate with their cohort will finish the semester on December 11. No assignments will be required of these students after December 11. These students will not attend school.

Students who have failing grades will be required to attend school Dec. 14-17 in order to continue work toward semester credit. Students should check with their teachers regarding their academic standing as of December 11th.
