1) Homecoming Week starts today!!!! Please take note of the
ORDER of Dress UP Days for next week (it has changed from
original order). Monday starts with MOVIE MONDAY!!!!!
(Dress as your favorite movie character or movie theme).
PLEASE NOTE THAT DRESS CODE APPLIES TO ANY
COSTUMES WORN THIS WEEK.
Tuesday – TOO OLD TUESDAY (Dress as a senior citizen)
Wednesday – WILD ANIMAL WEDNESDAY (Dress as
your favorite animal)
Thursday – SPIRIT DAY (Wear your class Homecoming
Shirt. If you did not buy one, then wear something MHS
or your spirit shirt)
Friday – FREAKY FRIDAY (Tacky Day – wear something
tacky)
2) Powderpuff Practice – tonight, and possibly Tuesday night.
5:30-7:00pm See Coach Niven for details.
3)All students playing Powderpuff, Volleyball, and Dodgeball
need to get a permission form before they can play. Other than
Powder Puff all others must be turned in by Wednesday.
4) Come join us at the MHS HC Dance – Monster Mash- after the
HC game! Come unwind, hang with friends, dance to your favorite
music in the cafeteria 9pm – 12pm. Tickets will be sold at the door.
Sophomores: It is now time to select the HOBY representative for
MHS. HOBY participants attend a weekend leadership seminar
where they learn how to use their leadership skills to make a difference
in their communities. See Ms. Allen for more info if you’d like
to be considered.
Students: Are you a student currently facing some difficult challenges?
If so, know that you are not alone. Ms. Allen is now offering
students the opportunity to sign up for small groups. Visit the guidance
office this week if you’d like to give one a try.
Seniors: Your scholarship award letters will soon start rolling in.
Please remember to give Ms. Allen copies of any reward letters you
receive this year.
