All pumpkins for Pumpkin Carving/Decorating Contest should be turned in to Mrs. Gothard this morning. Winning pumpkins will be displayed & announced at the football game
TONIGHT. There will be 1 winner for carving and 1 winner for decorating. Prizes will be awarded to the winners.
Ssr. ads for the football program will be included in this week’s program. Programs will be sold during the football game.
MHS short sleeved Spirit Shirts are now on sale for $7.00 for all sizes. Please come by the main office to purchase.
Anyone interested in playing baseball please see Coach Simpson for an informational packet.
Tickets for the Winter Formal will be on sale beginning today through Nov. 19 during lunch for $15.00
** Students are reminded once again…Students may enter the main building through the front doors at the first bell or after the tardy bell to classes. When leaving the lunchroom you should exit with your class & teacher and enter the main building through the side door!
Teachers and Students: MHS will be participating in the statewide AL College Application Campaign Nov. 3-6. Tues., Nov. 4 will be “College Pride Day” and everyone is asked to wear their favorite college gear. Nov. 5th & 6th will be application completion days for seniors.
On Tues., Nov. 4, participating sophomores will be taking a tour of the Shelby County College and Career Center. Students will be called to board the bus shortly after morning announcements.
Seniors: Please remember to give Ms. Allen copies of any scholarship award letters you receive.
All students trying out for softball Monday and Tuesday must see Mrs. Gothard TODAY, room 114

I am a alumni of Montevallo High and the University of Montevallo. I have been a teacher at Montevallo Elementary for 10 years, a librarian at Creek View Elementary for 5 years and have been the librarian at Montevallo High School for several years now. It's exciting to be working at the same school I went to many years ago.
