*“Friday, for the first play-off game, we will have a super hero themed pep rally. Dress up as your favorite super hero to support the Bulldogs!”
“The spirit line will be behind Jack’s starting at 5. Let’s make this the best spirit line yet!”
*Student’s parking behind the restaurant located on the corner of Valley St., will not be able to park in that lot after Friday . If you wish to park on campus you must purchase a permit for $20. Come by the main office for a packet. You will be subjected to have your auto towed by the new owner at your expense.
*“Give Me Five” hours are due to your History teacher TOMORROW .
*TOMORROW will be College Pride Day and teachers and students are asked to wear shirts representing a college or university. On Wednesday and Thursday, seniors will get help completing college applications and applying for FAFSA Pin Numbers.
*Juniors and Seniors: You can now begin scheduling appointments with the Career Coach to plan your participation in the new Job Shadowing program. Appointment forms are located outside Ms. Allen’s office and should be given to her when completed. Remember, appointments will be held on Tuesdays between 12:30-3:00.
*Sophomores: Permission forms for the tour of the Shelby County College & Career Center are due to Ms. Allen by this Friday…No exceptions.
*Archery Practice Tomorrow immediately after school.
*Seniors: The November edition of the Senior Newsletter is now available on Ms. Allen’s blog. As usual, it contains info on the latest scholarships. You can also pick up a copy in the Guidance Office or Library.
*Please allow students to vote “Power to Play” at this time on the Power To Play website powertoplay.org

I am a alumni of Montevallo High and the University of Montevallo. I have been a teacher at Montevallo Elementary for 10 years, a librarian at Creek View Elementary for 5 years and have been the librarian at Montevallo High School for several years now. It's exciting to be working at the same school I went to many years ago.
