Congratulations to Miriam Hernandez for being recognized at the Shelby County Character in Action ceremony. Miriam was honored for showing high levels of character in the areas of respect, self-discipline, responsibility, citizenship, friendship, fair- ness, perseverance, and courage. We are proud of her for representing MHS in a positive way!

Softball evaluations will be Sept. 24, 25, & 26 @ 6 pm. You must have a physical and insurance form turned in to Coach Poe by Sept 14th to participate.

I am a alumni of Montevallo High and the University of Montevallo. I have been a teacher at Montevallo Elementary for 10 years, a librarian at Creek View Elementary for 5 years and have been the librarian at Montevallo High School for several years now. It's exciting to be working at the same school I went to many years ago.
