With flu season upon us, MHS will be accepting donations of hand sanitizer, Kleenex, Lysol spray & Lysol wipes. Please drop off in the main office. Thanks to those who have already donated!

Yearbooks are on sale now. Reserve your copy before they are sold out! Yearbooks are $50. See Mrs. Fricke, room 203 to order yours.
Sr. Cap & Gown pictures will be Feb. 18. There will not be any make-ups.

Parents/ Students: All class/ sports/ club fees are due! Please see your teacher/ coach or sponsor for more information.

Attention 9th, 10th, & 11th Graders, Have you thought about twirling a baton or tossing a flag or dancing for the Marching Troubadours? FREE Auxiliary clinic Feb. 11th and 25th. 3:30 to 5:00. See Mrs. Cabrera for more information.

FCCLA will be selling Sweetheart Grams during lunch next Monday, February 10- Wednesday, February 12 for $3 each. They will be delivered on Friday, February 14th.

Want your chance to shop for a designer prom dress for prom without leaving school grounds? Now is your chance! Prom committee will be hosting a Pop Up Shop February 26th. See Mrs. Carter for your ticket & details. Each ticket costs $2 and each buyer receives a chance to win a free prom service and possibly a prom dress!

Attention AP Students: Ms. Allen will be in the cafeteria tomorrow handing out your AP Bulletins and fee balance notices. Please be sure to see her before you leave lunch.

Attention Students: Course selection is officially underway and your course selection forms are due to Ms. Allen by Feb. 21. If you were not in class to get your form, please see Ms. Allen between classes.

Any football player or cheerleader who hasn’t received your banquet information, please stop by the office.

There will be an SGA meeting in Ms. Pastor’s room tomorrow morning at 7:10am- bring your breakfast with you!

Model UN team members need to see Ms. Pastor this week to pay your $25 Conference fee and to pick up important forms and handouts needed for the Conference. There is a mandatory meeting at 3pm on Monday February 10th in Ms. Pastor’s room for all Team members.

The MHS Care Club is accepting donations of crayons in the cafeteria. These will go to Children’s Hospital for Crayons for a Cure.

I am a alumni of Montevallo High and the University of Montevallo. I have been a teacher at Montevallo Elementary for 10 years, a librarian at Creek View Elementary for 5 years and have been the librarian at Montevallo High School for several years now. It's exciting to be working at the same school I went to many years ago.
