FIT February Fact: Did you know that anxiety can cause insomnia and insomnia can cause anxiety? According to an article by Neurocore Brain Performance Center, it can be a “chicken and the egg situation between sleep problems and other mental health conditions.” Make sure you have a set “wind-down” time, a set bedtime. And a set time to wake up each day.

Win a gift for yourself or someone special by entering into the FBLA V-Day Guessing Game. Bring $1.00 to lunch and guess how many pieces of candy are in the bowl. The person who is the closest without going over will win the prize.

Come hang out with the majorettes, danceline, and colorguard at the high school this Wednesday after school until 4:15. It is free.
